I'm a pretty easy going guy with an enormous passion for music. I work at Primanti Brother's in Pittsburgh, PA to pay the bills while I work on my music. I have been all over North America, but have never really left the continent. Until this point, most of my trips have been related to skiing or music, I've never really done the backpacking thing before but I can't wait to get started!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My brother and I are traveling across Europe for 2 months this summer. We plan to stay in some hostels along the way but would also like to do some couch surfing to try to connect to local cultures on a more personal level.

Interests

I love making music and being in the company of good people. I like craft beers and bourbon. I love the summer but I could ski all day everyday. I ride my bike everywhere. I love Pittsburgh sports, especially the Steelers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Catch-22 is my favorite book but I read mostly non fiction; I just finished Keith Richards autobiography, which was fantastic!
I love all kinds of movies but I guess I mostly end up watching things that make me laugh. I love the Coen brothers and Tarantino.
I like at least some music in almost every genre but I'm really into rock 'n' roll and the Blues.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm not really a person with a solid plan yet. I have a degree and I love making art, but I'm not really sure what I want to do with my life yet. In fact, I'm hoping that this trip will enlightening in that regard.
I can bring an open mind and a willingness to listen. I'm coming to Europe to find out what's going on in the rest of the world, I am looking for perspective.
