Away of the rat wheel, train to understand human´s behaviour
Here I'm, I describe myself as a travelling bird that is learning how to fly.
Sick of the way I was living in the big city: just getting up, going to work and return I decided to quit and get out of the rat wheel.
It's crazy but I was so immersed in my rutine that I could not even think of what I was doing...Inside the rat wheel....I was keeping on running to find the exit...but there is no exit because is just a wheel...you are always walking on the same ground.
Looking for new grounds, I started to travel and I start to realice that there is a social unawareness about big corporation's power, pollution growth, alternative energies and the amazing opportunity to reuse and recycle instead of keeping on consuming.
I'm into these issue now, train to wake up my self and others and train to make a change :-)
NO to glance.... YES to truly observe.
NO rush......YES walk slowly.
NO extremely consume.... YES reuse and recycle.
NO pollution....YES alternative energies.
NO corporations...YES local communities.
NO monetary system...YES system based in resources.
NO divisions and countries...YES one world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Loving hosting and hang out with people when I'm at home.
Now, that I'm travelling around I really value and enjoy the presence of a local in my trip that really knows what's going on in the place and could give me some usefull tips to get to know the alternative part of the city on the hidden part :-)
It's incredible how you go into new things that are really interesting just because you share with somebody something he or she loves...This is couchsurfing power!!! :-)
Arts freak!!! :-)
I'm in love with arts in every form of it:
Paintings, Graffiti, Sculpture, Photography, Music, Films, Cooking, Books.....
I'm also in love with bikes :-), I really miss mine now that I'm away from home...they can take you everywhere while your lungs breath fresh air and it is also an ecology friendly choice! :-)
I also love to travel and see the world, but to truly see, to take my time to appreciate it, not only a glance and continue, to really observe and be there, in the place, with the people, their traditions, their culture....to get involved :-)
Music, Movies, and Books
Ufff...Love films from Almodovar (All about my Mother, Bad Education, The Skin I live in, Broken Embraces, Live Flesh) and Woody Allen (Vicky Cristina Barcelona, Manhattan, Midnight in Paris) and everything that makes you think about life :-)...Fight Club, Dead Poets Society, Into the Wild, Love in the Times of Cholera, The Hedgehog ( The Elegance of the Hedgehog), When Nietzsche Wept, The Edukators, The Wave, The Wall(Pink Floyd), House of the Spirits.
Documentaries such us: Zeitgeist, The Corporation, Exit Through the Gift Shop...

Films about History: The Pianist, Valkyrie, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, Downfall, Schindler's List, Night of the Pencils, Life is Beautiful...
Music: Is the universal language :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteering in TECHO (Un Techo para mi País), helping in the construction of to houses, a small step to fight against extreme poverty in Latin America.
Doing the Vipasana Meditation Course, 10 days without talking to immerse into yourself.
Teach, Learn, Share
It is all about sharing :-)
I can share some recipies, some travel expiriences and what I know about painters, art and films.
I ready to learn more about these things and also about ecology friendly issues.
