ABOUT ME

I am originally from Berlin but study at the moment politics and philosophy in the lovely town Heidelberg, which is nice for getting to know people easily.
I am an open and friendly person always trying to get to know new people.
In my spare time I take part in a theatergroup, take language courses, take part in student organisations, play tennis, go jogging or enjoy the time with my friends. I like to cook with friends and go out. I like to travel and get to know new places and cities.
If I am stressed I try to relax with a good film or book.
All in all I would say that I am an outgoing person curious for new things in live.

PHILOSOPHY

"Über vergossene Milch, soll man mich nicht weinen" - which means something like "If you spilled the milk already, don't cry over it". I think it is important to let some things go in life and don't be upset about it. What is the point it - you will just waste time, that you could be productive in or that you could enjoy otherwise. Take the chances you have in life, don't let the walk by.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not so much couch surfing experience yet. Some people have slept in my appartment or at friends appartment in Budapest. I have been to couchsurfers places as well, when my friend took me with her. Because I really liked the idea of couchsurfing I decided to create an account for myself.

Books: oh there are so many. I love theaterplays from Bertolt Brecht, Goethe, Schiller, Dürrenmatt, Shakespeare. Than I love french literature: Sarte, Camus, Schmitt, Moliere. Than fiction: Harry Potter, the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, narnia, jonathan strange & mr. norrel. Hostorical Novels are great too.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak fluently german, english and french and some swedish. I would be glad to pass some of this language skills. I have already been teaching languages for a lot of times.
I am quite good in sewing and like to be creative.
And i've been acting for twelve years now, which might me fun to try out for some people. It is a good way to be more relaxed in school or university presentations too.
