My name is Vida and I am from small country called Lithuania. I am studying to become historian. Also I am taking courses of becoming tour guide. And this is a something what's leads me to my goal - travel. I love travel. Sadly, it's just happening on my computer screen, but we all start somethere.
Another passion of mine - writing. I have stories in my head. The problem is, that it is really hard to take what's in my head and put it on paper or computer. But it's not just me. Lots of writers have this problem & there's books in the world. If they could do it, so can I.

Unexpected trip to Amsterdam.
It all started then I worked at a marathon in Vilnius. My job was to make sure, that every person, who comes to our tent will be happy & can try all the attractions we have. One of them was take a picture with your goal you going to do in next year. I tried it too. I wrote, that I am going to travel to Amsterdam. All the pictures were put on facebook.
Latter that week, I checked my facebook & saw more notification than usual. One of them was from Lituanica airlines, who wrote, that they congratulates the runners and want to give me a plane tickets to Amsterdam. Even I didn't run, I accepted it! It was dream come true!
I went to Amsterdam to celebrate my birthday. And that was amazing. I am never going to forget all experience I got. Even I traveled alone, I loved every second of it. And it all happened because I was lucky enough.
And this trip showed me how amazing travel is. And I totally agree with words, that then you start traveling, you can't stop doing it... There always be something to remind you how awesome it is. And you just can't stop!
