ABOUT ME

I am a former sailor, current occupational therapist and about to move to Seinäjoki for work for a tiny or unknown while. I'm quite vegan, happy and curious about life. I love dreaming, thinking, doing, cycling, dancing, reading, sleeping outdoors (and indoors) and many other things. I like having a good time and having serious conversations and noticing moments that matter.

I (surprisingly) like traveling a lot and so far my favorite forms of getting around are by ship, train, bike, foot and hitchhiking. Got a place you want to explore or a groovy new dance move to teach? I'm in! Looking forward to meeting new people and friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been away for quite a while after only starting off here in 2009. Seems that in the past I have mostly surfed on couches that belong to somebody I know or somebody I know knows and offered my home to others through the same "network". Unfortunately I'm unable to host at the moment too, but I'm getting active now and I am looking forward to new experiences and hope to meet people in my current area (and those that are passing through!) :) And hopefully eventually hosting too, as soon as my living arragments agree with me!

Volunteer-work in a seaturtle poject on Carriacou and hitchhiking from Turku (Finland) to Porto (Portugal) and back.
