My wife and I live in the Northeast of England. We work with a children's charity and a church doing youth work. We come from the USA originally but have been living overseas since February 2015. We love to travel and experience new cultures and places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love to travel budget-consciously and with an eye on getting to know places like those who live there. We don't really love sort of the sanitized or cookie cutter chain hotels or that sort of thing. The more I travel and grow, the more I realise how much of this is about people and the relationships we build. Couchsurfing insures that I will do that when I travel.
