Vincent here, currently pursuing E&E Engineering degree in University of Nottingham Malaysia, will be having a one-year exchange program over Nottingham UK soon!

I would call myself an intermediate level drummer and would loved to try out with a lot of peoples, forming different bands and try out different stuffs! I have a small dream of performing my favorite genre of music (progressive rock) in at least a small concert or bigger if possible! Sharing my passion for music to peoples would be the most enjoyable thing for me and I would like to share as much as possible! Would be nice if I am able to share it throughout the exchange year in the UK too.

But of course, since it is a rare opportunity for me able to get to there, I would want to discover as much places as possible throughout the stay!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Will be having a one-year academic exchange over the UK, so wanted to use couchsurfing as a platform to travel the world, meeting peoples and discover!

Music: Listen to different genres of music all the way from quick smooth jazz to orchestra epics to pop and even to melodic metals!

Movies: As long as it is not horror.

Books: Fantasy Novels (Although I personally don't read much)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was able to formed a band with peoples from 4 different nationalities (Malaysian, Pakistani, English and Caribbean) and named ourselves the "Four Skins"! Had so much fun throughout the year but unfortunately we are disbanded as most of the members graduated and went back to their hometown.
