I live in the NYC area and used to have a boring job in finance. I however much adore the cosmopolitan atmosphere this city offers. In October 2016, I'm moving to Cologne to study. I'm of course very excited to be back in Europe.
I'd say I smile a lot and I'm quite friendly. I appreciate different perspectives and cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a surfer, I've been treated so well and as a host I've met the most interesting people on earth.
I love languages and world politics. I can also be a good contributor to almost any conversation, maybe except for sports :P
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: I currently explore world cinema.
Books: I started reading for leisure again recently. My last two books were the Wind-up Bird Chronicle and Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami. Both were very impressive.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Biking across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco to Sausalito. The trip was simple but the view of the deep blue ocean, the evergreen hills and the city showered in golden sunshine was breathtaking.
