exploration on every level. i'm too curious for my own good.
i occupy my time on this earth by being completely engaged in my surroundings and with the people i am engaging with. i'm in love with possibility, romanticizing everything, tiny moments, bugs that light up at night + cricket sounds, awkward tales, live music (especially outside), community gardens, neighborhoods, the beginnings of spring+autumn (and how those days make me feel), the brownstoner flea, modern art, short films, the lost art of letter writing + getting postcards, new exercise tactics, adventures, food experiments and dinner parties on weekdays.
this is constantly evolving but i'd like to someday own or work in a space where people can come and make art and play music + i feed them and i somehow figure out a way to get paid by the government to do this as a contribution to society. spending less than 30% of my daily life in an office atmosphere is the next step but i couldn't ask for better people to share an office with for now. (plus we do some cool stuff from time to time).

books: breakfast at tiffany's, the awakening, lolita, the the garden of eden (rather, anything hemingway), and norwegian wood.
movies: an education, manhattan, beginners, the royal tenenbaums, annie hall, fantastic mr. fox, SHAG, and dumb and dumber.. honestly who does not love that movie.
music: if you can appreciate the likes of beach house, tennis, justin townes earl, billie holiday, braids, the decemberists, twin shadow and you think white blood cells was probably one of the best albums ever then.. you get the idea.
