ABOUT ME

I've been living a pretty full and intense life for many years traveling and working several jobs at the time as an artist and therapist. In 2018 life made me slow down and simplify. I'm currently enjoying a slower pace with less intensity but more ease in the body-mind and heart.
I'm always very happy to meet people, exchange about the curious thing called "life" and discover and learn from other cultures !
