ABOUT ME

I'm sometimes quite busy and it may happen that I won't get to respond for your request, sorry about that!

I am naturally curious person. I love music, nature and history and friendly people around me. I love meeting new people, but I think I may be quiet at first and sometimes tend to be a bit shy. But once I get to know someone I can be quite extroverted.

Sometimes, I think that sometimes, I think too much :-)

I like simple things and I want to enjoy every moment, no matter how seemingly insignificant it may seem to be.

I enjoy cooking simple foods, I like foreign cuisines, esp. italian, and I'm a vegetarian, so I'm not much into traditional czech foods. But if you want to try some, I think I can direct you to some good place.

PHILOSOPHY

To fly with your head up in the clouds, but keep your feet firmly on the ground.

So far not numerous but exquisite experiences!

Art, Movement, Languages.

More specifically:
* music -- Classical (mainly baroque), Jazz, groovy stuff, anything that has some soul, and I can enjoy almost anything that is live (and I keep sucking at playing the trumpet)
* Movement -- mainly Traditional martial arts and running longer distances in natural environment, but I also do a bit of parkour now and then, sometimes some climbing/bouldering. I used to dance a bit but I don't anymore and I'm missing it terribly
* IT -- programming, distibuted systems, data storage
* languages -- well, I love learning them but it's so time consuming...
* Photography -- I try to shoot as much as I can. I like portraits as I'm fascinated with human faces and stories. I also like old photographs of interesting people: http://niepcesdream.tumblr.com/
* Some shameless hedonsim: I like mixing cocktails, I enjoy good wines, I like to explore food of various cuisines, sometimes I even sacrifice my vegetarianism on the altair of exploration :-)

音乐、电影和书籍

My musical taste is very diverse, but I love classical (esp. baroque) music and jazz more than any other genre. I also sometimes listen to rock, some avant-garde stuff (nu-jazz, trip hop...) and I enjoy music that is inspired by traditional music of some particular place (middle-eastern, icelandic). Also, when it's live or danceable I almost always enjoy it.

I enjoy reading historical novels, and if I was forced to pick ONE author it would be Umberto Eco. I also often read technical and philosophical books.
