Overview
About Me
Fun loving, happy guy who enjoys life to the fullest. Whether it's going out, eating out, or just hanging out, I'm easy going and out to have a good time.
I'm a transplanted Yankee who prefers warm weather, and have lived in New Orleans for over 20 years. I can definitely tell you the good places to go adn what to it, and time permitting, maybe show you around.
By day, I remodel and renovate houses. In my spare time, I fix up vintage Volkswagens and motorcycles. I like working with my hand, whether with a wrench or a spatula.
If you're coming to New Orleans on a motorcycle and want to ride around the area, please send me a message.
Like the rest of my family, I don't drink.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet cool people from around the world.
To get to know more about you and your country. I've traveled all over the planet, both on a budget and in style. I'm curious about a lot of things and want to learn more.
It would be really nice to meet other enthusiasts of vintage VW busses and classic motorcycles, especially those who like to wrench and work on cars and engines. If you're traveling with a vehicle, I might have tools if you need to work on it (but I don't usually know a lot about newer cars and trucks).
In terms of hosting, my place is suitable for surfers who have transportation. My location is in the Hollygrove section, about 20 minutes from downtown. It's a residential neighborhood with generous parking, and a historically Black neighborhood filled with working-class families. Not many stores nearby.
