PHILOSOPHY
To my way of thinking as an international traveler living for extended periods in other countries, this satsifying (expat) lifestyle is an evolutionary process in acquiring & developing a greater understanding of the world, yourself and others. There's no more effective way than being out there in amongst it all on a regular daily basis.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This was definitely an overland adventure travel across the spectacular "rooftop of the world" from Kathmandu in the Kingdom of Nepal to Lhasa, ancient capital of Tibet PRC. During late winter, sweeping views of the world's highest plateau and Mount Everest were absolutely magnificent.

Teach, Learn, Share
[To quote British biologist T.H. Huxley,1825-1895]
The known is finite, the unknown infinite; intellectually we stand on an islet in the midst of an illimitable ocean of inexplicability. Our business in every generation is to reclaim a little more land. http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Thomas_Henry_Huxley
T.H. Huxley also espoused that a man has no reason to be ashamed of having an ape for his grandfather.
