ABOUT ME
There are 2 of us as we are a couple!
1. Nicky.
I grew up on the Wirral just outside of Liverpool. After finishing uni at the end of May '08 I flew out with a group of friends including Jon to Auz which is where my 6 month trip began.
When i am at home i play waterpolo for Liverpool Ladies, we were the winners of last years National league and play in Europe every year as well!
When i grow up i want to have my own coffee house!
2. Jon
I grew up on a farm in a small town called Locking just close to W-S-M. I have a degree in Sport Science from UWIC. I began travelling after uni in Nov 2007. This was working on a farm in New Zealand in a small town called Methven which is near Christchurch. I travelled the south island before popping back to Cardiff for 2 months before flying to Auz with Nicky and a few of our friends.
When not travelling i also play waterpolo, but i play for UWIC and Bristol university in British National League for men.
When i grow up i want to join the RAF.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We are brand new coach surfers! We have learned some stories from our 2 french friends who have coach surfed in Hong Kong and Hanoi. They also are hosts in Paris and we think the experience sounds excellent!
We couch surfed in Bankok in a town house and fancied hosting ourselves.

Music, Movies, and Books
A good British movie is always a laugh.
Any type of book is usually a good way to take it down a notch!
Chill out music mostly, but enjoy some different new music every now and again!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
spent a hell of a long time on a bus in Loas.
drove to Uluru from Cairns in 2.5 days.
Whilst watching the Olympics, i saw some players i had played against whilst in europe.
Teach, Learn, Share
We can both cook good English meals so if you need any tips we can show you!
Jon. I can teach people about farming and can fix most mechanical things!
Nicky. I did a degree in Psychology so this is usually an interesting topic of conversation! I also would like to improve on my Spanish, which is rusty!
