To explore, to learn, to be inspired, to understand - cultures and countries
Diplomaitic and urbane, Easygoing and sociable, Idealistic and peaceable. At times I hearn for quietness and at times i need the hustle and bustle of the busy life. At times i procrastinate, and could be gullible too - hey we all have our weaknesses
I think as humans we tend to complicate matters, but the truth is that life is relatively simplistic. In the heat of any particular moment we always complicate matters but generally sitting back and thinking about matters thereafter, the conclusion is always how unnecessary it had been to complicate the matter. Personally I strive for compassion, I would like to see good in every individual, those that are egotistic - do not care much for such people.

My experience relates to having 4 Frenchmen visiting and staying over a couple of days and weeks, and in one instance at least 3 months. The best experience was learning punctuality. Being from Africa we tend to follow African time ie we always arrive at least an hour after the designated time. In this instance the one Frenchman, whom had not been too long in Cape Town agreed to meet us in 12minutes time, and he needed a map book. In 12 mins he was at the place we agreed upon. That experience taught me about true punctuality.
Enjoy sport, especially cricket rugby and football. enjoy adrenaline sports, especially watersports. Like going into nature. Enjoy camping. Want to learn how to fully manipulate stock exchanges. Like sitting at a fire in the evening during summer and just sitting and doing absolutely nothing but watching the stars and and moon, and having little chit chats about nothing important.
Music, Movies, and Books
Braveheart, Avatar, Gladiator, Driving Miss Daisy, Human Nature. Music - anything that sounds good to the ear.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
coaching kids from age 6 to 15. Teaching them hand-eye coordinating skills and sport. Realised very quickly that I was dealing with little adults. There innocence, perhaps their freshness at looking at life, and openness was a true eye opener. The teacher got taught by the students
