About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Being happy, meeting new people and experiencing new things

ABOUT ME

I'm 20 years old and I'm a Gemini [I don't follow horoscopes but for those that do...there you go]. I lift weights, as a living and a pastime. I find that taking candy from a baby makes me feel better about myself. I have an enormous ego around others but really I'm just like a sad little puppy in a pet store who wants to be taken home and loved.

Now for something more serious...I have never been someone to quote a song to explain my mood or who I am. And I think that statement alone tells more about me than the crap most people say about themselves.

I'm a people person, I get along with pretty much anybody. Unless you like punch me in the face or something...then I probably wouldn't like you too much.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't really have any. It's like how I never have New Years resolutions...if I want to change something, I do it. I don't think about it. I don't set myself goals. That's setting yourself up for failure. If I want a difference in my life I do it on my own will power. And if I really want it, I succeed. I guess that is sort of a philosophy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My goal really is to make connections with people. Honestly, I live in a growing college town so unless you are coming to check out the school or on tour with your band, I don't expect to get many people needing a couch. But I'm totally down for putting anyone up!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Interests

COOKING/BAKING!!!!
Music, reading, bike riding, adventuring, bloody knuckles, sewing, drawing, video games, hiking, going to a local show, learning, going for a walk on a nice day, animals/animal welfare [i'm not a vegan or an activist and definitely not a vegan activist]. I enjoy having intelligent conversations, football/soccer, hockey, extreme sports, playing hopscotch, doing puzzles, taking pictures, traveling, meeting new people, rafting.

Really I'm generally up for anything fun and new and exciting. I also adore run-on sentences and refuse to further my education in grammar.
