I have a strong sense that the good is the worst enemy of the best... That good things often satisfy us to easily and keep us from pursuing priorities which are really in our best interest, which would make the most of our lives and opportunities..

I tend to be laid back, low maintenance, curious, exploratory, thinker, seeker

My recent hiking partners are mostly in their 20s. I find myself hanging out with younger people. People my age sometimes seem to old and slow Although there are some older people I do well with. The hiking club I frequent has a good mix of young and old. But in the club, our hikes tend to be slower.

I've been following a plant based diet for over 50 years and prefer to eat whole foods that are relatively simple....
