I'm a roaming sponge of knowledge. According to my life path number, 5, it is best that I simply accept the fact that I am to travel and learn. And although we define our own destiny, I have no intention of arguing with that conclusion.

I think my zest for experience stems from being a bookworm at a very early age. I always resonated with the idea of discovering through the imagination, first hand.

I enjoy very simple things. Nature and it's scenery serves as a wonderful live screen saver. Any out door activity is at the top of my list. . .ie frisbee, hiking, canoeing, fishing, walking, camping on a beach, in a forest or on a mountain, etc.

New experiences through food, sound/music (I play the djembe) and like minded people, is always of interest to me. I adapt well. . .though at the same time, I appreciate and cultivate the time I spend alone, maintaining my self.

Writing is also a pastime of mine. It can be a song, poem, story or moment. A solo effort or a collaboration. Something shared, or something kept.

Living life in the way that every interaction is seen as a growth of experience, is my intent. I welcome the experiences that contribute to my best potential.

Learning makes me happy. And getting to share this experience with others, even more so.

Favorite music? This depends on what I am feeling, or perhaps, want to feel. Some of my favorite music stems from- Incubus, The Smiths, Depeche Mode, Outkast, Busta Rhymes, Nina Simone, Michael Jackson, Gnarles Barkley, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and a slew of other known and "unknown" artist that provide a temporary soundtrack to my life.

Favorite flicks- The Machinist. Take Shelter. Requiem For A Dream. The Neverending Story. Memento. Amores Perros. City of God. Bug. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (with Gene Wilder).

Favorite books- The ones that started it all/my bookwormishness ie Stone Fox. The Pilgrim's Progress. Hatchet. After those, The Stranger. The Plague. The Alchemist. The Prophet. About six or seven books by Chuck Palahniuk. Thinking and Destiny. Man's Higher Consciousness. The Kybalion. Poke the Box.
