About Me

Explore Eastern Europe

I am from Santa Rosa, California, about one hour north of San Francisco. I went to high school in "wine country" before heading off to the University of California, Santa Barbara for college. After 4 years of having a great time and learning as much as I could I finished with two degrees; the first being Global/International Studies and the second being Italian Studies.

I moved from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles with my best friends and landed a job at the Ritz-Carlton. It was a great job but I felt I wasn't ready to have a career just yet... therefore I am currently in Italy planning one adventure after another.

I have traveled somewhat but not as extensively as I'd like. I have visited much of Western Europe and Southeast Asia. On a global scale, not very much honestly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to utilize CS2 for travel while I am based in Europe and when I am ready to head back to the US, allow other adventures to stay with me whenever possible. There is something about traveling that creates an automatic connection with others who have a like mind.

Hopefully I'll have many soon.

Sports, fitness and nutrition. Basketball, baseball, soccer, american football, skiing, weight lifting and taking good care of my body.

Clearly I enjoy traveling and meeting others, often over a beer or cultural experience. The people who are around us and the connections we make are what help define us.
