About Me

finish writing my book (cyperpunk novel), find an appropriate support structure, study business and transpersonal psychology, save up for a place to live and start a festival

I am a citizen of the world born in Cape Town South Africa which I still call my home though I am usually never there.

I grew up working for my father (a man gifted and well known for a reverence for life) who was a Nature Conservation Officer for Namibia (a desert and savannah land north of Southern Africa) and my childhood memories are filled with infinite amounts of time staring out the window of his car driving around in the wild for days, often 3 days travel from civilization atleast. Places like the Skeleton Coast or Kaokoland, listening to stretched tapes on empty battery powered walkmans tapping rhythyms on the metal bits of the 4x4, searching for hidden alien bases underneath dunes and getting completely lost inside my head.

As I aged my passion in life grew into art. Hobbies allways included Photography and as I studied this in my youth this eventually let me grow towards tertiary Cinema studies.

One of the more powerfull realizations and creeds in my life is one of reverance for nature especially in the light of future preservation.

Another powerfull realization has been freeing my power of choice and will from consumerism, sensationlism and the machinistic expectations of modern society. Knowledge can only be gained through experience, question everything.

Hence, as I have travelled I have spent all my life exploring concepts, cultures and popularities, breaking through system of though one after another endlessly. Allways learning and teaching, learning and teaching it never ends.

Currently I've been working on a book (cyperpunk, topic - social revolution) for the last few years. Generally Im getting into the phase where I'm working on my long term goals in life. These include, well first off finding the right place to root myself, finishing the darn book (its been dragging on for way too long), finishing my masters in Psychology, starting a festival and living in an urban mostly sustainable environment.

All the serious stuff aside, give LSD, a monkey and an imp suit and i'm happy as a pig in shit.

Carpe Diem, Ce La Vie and predominantly 'whatever'.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie/TV - Every single move done by 'Hayao Miyazaki' blows me away
