About Me

Don't be tired to do well.

Hailing from Barcelona, at the moment I'm working as a designer & software engineer in Barcelona downtown. I'm a volunteer in an NGO aiding them in several projects in Africa. Despite I have less time available than yore, I still do some stuff.

I am an open minded, easy going, humble and laid back guy. What I am looking for in CS is to meet new people, or aid them in this beautiful city of Barcelona.

"Vivir con identidad" (Lickan Antai), which means, live your own life with identity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am willing to help you whilst staying in our dearest Barcelona.
Local places have more charm than the ones specifically for tourists :)

Couchsurfing has become really helpful for people like me, who indeed prefer meet new people and visit remote places not highlighted on most guides to avoid crowds.

I am focused on these interests: all kinda sports (especially the outdoor ones such as cycling, beach volley, surf and hiking). Travelling, reading, meet new people & cultures. Throw boomerangs and frisbees.
Music is one of my passions: I play the guitar (both spanish and acoustic) and also the harmonica (much lighter to travel!!). Ukele it's on my wish list!

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly all music genres. Jack Johnson, Pearl Jam, Bob Dylan. The Lumineers, The Killers, Coldplay and so on.
African Music such as Geoffrey Oryema, Salif Keita, Youssou N'dour, Amadou & Mariam. Good vibes!!!

I strongly recommend books from Ryszard Kapuscinski, Javier Reverte, Dominique Lapierre and the primatologist Jane Goodall. Some books based on travelling and the awesome life we are spending in pachamama.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycling some african countries by myself: Mali and Morocco. Travelling ultralight to save weight and carrying my own tent.
From Barcelona to Marrakech by bus... almost 1 day and half overland travel.
Motorcycle excursions through India, desert excursions.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach either Catalan or Spanish as they are my mother tongue. Guitar chords and strum patterns, and some surf tricks :)
As a computer engineer, I also can help you with some stuff
Do your best to benefit whomever!

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, Belgium, Finland, France, Ghana, India, Italy, Mali, Morocco, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Senegal, Tanzania, Togo
