Black metal mainly, but anything from Lady Gaga to Fleetwood Mac to Grimes. Anything written by Tolkien is my literary soul food, but throw a good book or comics my way and I'll check it out. Movies range from horror to miscellaneous foreign films and occasionally things with explosions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a month on a remote island in Indonesia for an anthropology field study with no running water and electricity, living with the locals and learning something new every day.
