ABOUT ME

I moved to England in October to start a PhD on plant evolution and diversity - that's the main adventure in my life right now since I've never lived outside of the US before. I'm still getting my feet under me but looking forward to exploring the UK and Europe and anywhere else I can get to . . . and learning tons and meeting lots of cool people along the way!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm living in a hall of residence right now so I can't offer much in the way of a couch, but I'd be happy to take you to Windsor Castle (nearby) or Kew Gardens (where I'm partly based, research-wise). I think couch surfing is an awesome way to travel and I will certainly be doing more of it whenever I can.

I think the most amazing things I've ever seen are the national parks in the US - the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Mt. Rainier, Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands . ..
