I'm having a hard time describing myself in french and now I'm asked to do it in english... this is gonna be hard.

PHILOSOPHY

I have no idea why I live my life, seriously. All I know is that I'm surrounded by amazing ppl with big hearts and that's enough of a reason to stay on this planet. I feel like I have found the love of my life too, so I kinda live for her.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well right now I'm looking to travel alot during the next year. My wife and I are taking an entire year for ourselves to do a roadtrip from Montreal to Argentina. Then if we decide to settle down and have our own apartment, we will practice our hosting skills with this community!

Interests

I have many interests but I can't manage to do everything I would like to...

Anyways, for sure there is photography, music and computers... I'd like to be able to draw sometimes, that's one of the things I did not take the time to do as of now.

Photography is what I wanna do for a living... my 1 year roadtrip to Argentina is gonna be my starting point of a career as a photographer hopefully.

I like playing guitar, I've been doing so for 5-6 years. I've never taken any courses though so I'm not really good at it. I REALLY enjoy doing music though and I'm often caught trying to motivate ppl around me to learn an instrument.

I'm also interested in new technologies and computers. Right now I'm working as a PC technician in a small business. I do customer service, repairs and everything else. It's really small and we have only 1 guy in the shop most of the time. It's nice to be in charge of everything. It doesn't feel like I'm just there to do 1 task like a robot. I get to talk to ppl and I love that. I just couldn't do a job where all I have to do is sit in front of a PC or some other tool.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like thoughtful movies. I always forget the titles but hmm.. Memento is one that I liked. Butterfly effect is another one. You have to ask my wife which movies I liked in fact, she's the cinephile.

About music, well... I fully support indie bands with talent. Some of my favorite artists are: Jack Johnson, Jean Leloup, Lali Puna, Love Outside Andromeda, Metric, Midlake, Muse, Noir Désir, Nouvelle Vague, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Spoon, Supergrass, The Arcade Fire, The Spinto Band, theredsunband...

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching. I can teach alot about computers... I can repair your PC, optimize it, teach you how it works, how to get the most out of it, how to not get infected, how to use the web to the maximum, etc. I love giving advices in that field. I'm also ready to teach basic guitar skills.
