To travel the world as often as I can!
I'm a friendly and easy going kind of guy who likes to take life day by day. I enjoy the simple things in life and like having a mixture of predictability and spontaneity. I like to be social, but I'd rather enjoy the company of a few than many. It's more personal that way anyway right?
And I like to smile a lot...it's usually the first thing most people notice about me :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Surfing with fellow CS members...it's definitely a great way to meet new people while travelling.
I've surfed twice so far and both times were great! My hosts made me feel welcomed and were very friendly. Looking forward to more experiences!
Travelling...I'm not as well-travelled, but I know it's something I really enjoy doing! I just love going to new places and taking in all the sights and sounds. Just getting on a plane is a thrill for me.
A self proclaimed geek, I enjoy astronomy a lot and sciences in general.
I'm also a bit of a Japanophile...I'm fascinated with the country and its culture.
Other interests include movies, music, food, fashion, and pop culture in general.
Music, Movies, and Books
Lost in Translation, Amelie, Billy Elliot, Departures, Edward Scissorhands, Kill Bill, The Fifth Element, About A Boy, and many more.
From mainstream to indie, as long as it's good music! Although I prefer the latter much more than the former. Favourites include Coldplay, the Drums, Lana Del Rey, the Cranberries, the Cardigans, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had the opportunity to live abroad in Japan for almost 2 years...best decision I ever made so far!
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy learning new languages. I've learned Spanish and Japanese to some degree, and I hope to learn French and Chinese in the near future.
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States
