About Me

To meet people from around the globe.

I feel that I'm a pretty mellow guy in general. I like people and consider myself open minded. I'm always eager to get a fresh perspective and learn new things.

I was born in Houston, raised in Massachusetts, and have lived in Greece, Ireland, Costa Rica, and Florida. Currently I live in Boston - which is my favorite city on earth.

I value friends and family the most in life. I also value personal well-being as a result of present-mindedness, balance, simplicity, consistency, positivity, and compassion for myself and others.

I am passionate about discovery - i.e. making positive discoveries, sharing and explaining those discoveries with the world, and as a result helping make it a better place.

Some general things about my own personal philosophy:

-I prefer intuition over rational.

-I feel that being comfortable with uncertainty is important.

-I believe that the mind/body connection is much more important than people realize.

-I think the hardest thing in the world is simplifying life -- it's very easy to make it complex.

-I am a huge believer in faith.

Teach, Learn, Share

It's a work in progress, but over the past few years I've been focused on lessening the restlessness of my rational mind and letting my intuition blossom. I'm very interested in Zen philosophy, and would be happy to share with you my understanding of present-mindedness and meditation.
