About Me

To seize the day without causing a ripple in time. Living in the NOW.

I'm an off-roading American conservative; open to diverse cultures and educated opinions, tolerant, and experienced social worker, major adrenaline junkie....
I am a Catholic convert from the charismatic Protestant persuasion, but I am still charismatic = (GOD is a like a wild Goose who gives wondrous gifts to His Children) I have a fiance who is Russian Orthodox.

Keep it simple or let it go.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Enthusiastically or not at all.

Social work, psychology, open campfires in the open desert under the open sky. Cold beer on a hot day. Tequila shooters and guns, but not together!
Examining presuppositions; mine and yours.

Music, Movies, and Books

Blues, bluegrass, acoustic any, live most.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was married for 30 years until it ended, peacefully ))) I raised 5 children, 2 bios and 3 adopted... I changed careers at 38 years old and went back to college as an adult. I started riding a 525cc KTM dirt bike at 52 yrs young, best fun anywhere and anytime...
I now have a very capable Jeep Rubicon, VERY capable. The most fun you can have at 2 miles an hour!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am familiar with the elusive canyons and seldom seen places of the local deserts, and the San Gorgonio Mts.
I could provide a Jeep tour for up to 4 people including the driver (me), of the local sites; either an easy run or a thrilling ride; if you were to ask nicely.
