About Me

CURRENT MISSION

HELPING IS MY MISSION. I believe life is a great experience and that we all born, live and die needing the help of others.

ABOUT ME

With great dreams, a focused mind and an soft heart, my life flows in the present of the instant. A gift back to this world which hasn't stop of giving us since the first moment of our conception. Pursuing joy through bringing benefit to others, gathering wisdom in daily experience.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't harm, help as much as possible and subdue my own mind. How? Meditation. Observing Nature. Mindfulness. Silence. Listening. Compassion. Kindness. Being in the moment.Silent eating. Being aware. Breathing.
