I was born in South Korea and migrated to the U.S. at the age of four. Since then I have grown up around the area of Seattle, WA. Growing up, I had the opportunity to experience a dual culture as I adjusted to the American culture around me while also embracing the culture of my home country.

I am new to cloud surfing but my friend from India introduced me to this community as he mentioned that his family also hosts guests back in India. I really like the concept of this app as it allows so many opportunities for cultural exchange and making new life long relationships with people from all over the world. I am a college student from Seattle and I don't have my own place to live yet but I definitely wish to host people from all over the world when I get my own place.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have grown up speaking Korean at home so I'm pretty fluent and can teach others some phrases. I have also taken 4 years of Spanish throughout high school and college so I am decent at the language but not exactly fluent. Also fluent in English. I really enjoy learning languages and have taken a modern Greek class recently and I hope to learn more languages in the future.
