My Uncle told me about this website - he hosts in Utila, Honduras (Richard Newman, WONDERFUL host and a guy who has taught me a lot about life, in spite of his best efforts to deny it). Would love to get more involved - for the moment I'm living in Uganda and unable to host, but am heading back to San Francisco soon...
