I was born in Tokyo and grew up in Japan until I was 9 years old. After that my family and I moved to Germany where I spent the rest of my life. You can call me German or Japanese. Or both! Or just World Citizen :-) When I was in high school, I went to Australia for 5 months to learn English. During my study, I got curious about my roots and about Japanese culture and design, so I went to Fukuoka for one semester. I studied Design in Köln (Cologne) and just finished my degree. Now I have some time to travel and search for a job.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My room mate is a Couchsurfer for some years and I had the possibility to get to know his Couchsurfers which always was so awesome! I think Couchsurfing is such an amazing idea! I want to get to know people from all over the world to enhance my worldview. I love meeting new people from other cultures and listen to their stories. I´m a pretty open-minded person. I´m happy to share my opinions but I also like to talk just about random stuff and have some fun together :-D

I like to listen to Electronic Music and Techno as well as Indie Rock, Indie Pop, Electro Swing, Jazz, Funk and Soul... ect. It really depends on the mood but basically I´m open to everything and interested in new things!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I designed a Cologne Guide Book together with two fellow students! The guide book was our self initiated project and it was made for the exchange students in my university.
