ABOUT ME

For the past 20 years, I stayed at home. And I think it's time I went out and explored the brand-new world now!

I come from Yunnan province, one of the most beautiful places from the southwest of China. I lived there for 18 years before attending university in Beijing.

I could be a very talkative person and quite a good listener as well. So it depends. But I will figure out the best way to make us comfortable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed two families/friends in Seoul, Korea. I pretty much appreciate our short time-being spent together.

Interests

I am into POP MUSIC, TV SERIALS, MOVIES, INTERNET, ETC.
I love TRAVELLING, delicious FOOD.
I am a big fan of making new friends, sharing different experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The day I left the primary school from a remote and poor area, where I stayed two weeks teaching English, all the girls cried seeing me and two other volunteers off, which was so heartbreaking. I know I did a good job there, or else they wouldn't feel sorry for our leaving.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach: Mandarin Chinese, a little Chinese cuisine
I wanna learn: local languages(maybe just some basic ones), distinct and exotic cultures(ways of living, special customs, festivals, to name a few)
I'd love to share: my stories as a college student, one of the young generation, a teacher in remote area, a tourist in other provinces... all happened in China, though ;)
