ABOUT ME

I grew up on a little island off the coast of Maine and have been a commercial lobsterman since I was 10 years old. I've moved on to my next career now, having gone to college and then worked in fisheries ecology research. I am now just starting at the University of the Virgin Islands to continue my scientific career and a new adventure! And I love to cook.

PHILOSOPHY
