ABOUT ME

I'm fairly outgoing and chatty. My friends would probably say I'm really knowledgable about San Francisco and Cleveland(which is where I'm from).

Intereses

I'm really big on the outdoors such as hiking, biking and camping. I'm a huge fan of Amtrak and have traveled across country several times now both North/South and East/West.

I'm a video journalist for University of California and travel around the state often for work interviewing interesting researchers and scientists.

I'd say a pretty recent defining moment for me in the last few years was moving to San Francisco via Amtrak from Cleveland. It's one thing to fly somewhere, but to take a three day train trip is a whole other experience. One of the evenings on the train while going through Colorado I sat in the diner car with a handsome gentlemen from Berkeley and we talked for hours about life. It was an interesting moment. Later that evening while the train was stopped in Salt Lake City for a few hours we met up outside the train and walked around SLC at night. We found this strange gay bar named "Trapp" near the train tracks and talked with the locals and had a few beers. I think that moment specifically was the spirit of how I like to travel and meet new people.
