I'm currently taking a break from life back in Singapore to travel the world for 4-5 months. You can read more about my adventures on my blog! :)

I'm an easy-going guy who prefers getting a tan in the sun over the comforts of an air conditioned room. I always fill my life with activities that excites and interests me, and lull periods (if any) are usually spent traveling (mostly backpacking) somewhere around the world! :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A friend of mine went on exchange in Europe and started CS while traveling the cities, and that's how I got to know about it! His experience made me want to try it!

Interessen

Sports - rock climbing, running, competitive kayaking etc. Traveling - spending time getting to know the locals, doing things off the beaten track. Chilling - sitting at a cafe enjoying a good read and a nice latte. Graphic design - doing ad-hoc graphic design work (not that I'm particularly good it, just an interest).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Spending close to 3months (spread over 3 trips) in Nepal, staying with the locals up in the mountains, helping the local students, immersing myself in their culture and waking up to views of the Himalayas - it's a humbling experience that makes you appreciate the things you have and those around you. :)

On a rock-climbing trip to a remote village in Cebu, Philippines, spending 3weeks away from the hustle and bustle of city life, getting to know the locals, and enjoying my two greatest passions - rock climbing and traveling. :)
