About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm currently on the road, taking a semester off school. I've spent the past three months or so traveling from Portland through almost all of the rest of the country. I've been working on the Obama campaign, traveling with other organizers from Reno, to Colorado, to South Texas, on to Indiana, before running out of money (had to pick up checks at home) and needing to recharge. I'm happy. I love to hear other peoples stories. I like to read a lot. Being alone doesn't really make me feel lonely - it's finally a chance to chill out and explore myself.
Also, I'm a freshman at a little liberal arts college in the north east. I like trying to understand people and why they act the way they do. I take classes that relate to that. If I get a good idea, I tend to act on it. I don't have much tying me down, and figure I should take advantage of that while it's true.
PHILOSOPHY
The vast majority of people honestly want good for themselves and the people around them. They just don't have access to the truth and don't get given a chance enough.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
This is my first time on the website. My brother used it some in New Zealand, and a friend I met in Fort Collins recommended it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've spent the last three months on various peoples floors, beds, and couches. None of it was through the internet, all personal connections or campaign stuff.
Interests
Listening. More than anything, listening. Writing, reading, talking, exploring, doing things that occured to me a couple minutes before. Deciding to leave. Meeting fantastic people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies and music - whatever the person I'm living with likes. It helps me understand them. I read a million different things. Ask me what I've got with me whenever we run into each other.
