I was born in year of 1986 in Istanbul, Turkey. My life until 27 was "to kill myself for success (!)" period. I pushed my limits so hard to obtain a master degree in Economics and to work in a reputable corporate company. At the end I was feeling unhealthy and depressed. Then I recognized that when you fall to the ground with a smash, there is an opportunity to AWAKEN! By the year 2013 two major changes took place in my life. I started yoga and met with my soul mate! I worked with devoted practitioners of Hatha Yoga who guided me not only towards the practice of Yoga but also Vedic philosophy, Buddha Dharma and Zen.

I learned that each day, each experience (either painful or happy) or each conversation with people can be the gateways to a more awakened life.. We can be free from suffering if we stop labelling things as "good" or "bad" with our conditioned minds but accept everything with our open hearts.

Besides, I am a nature person who loves trekking and hiking! =) I care about social justice and I'm interested in ecology, permaculture and organic farming. I am passionate about cooking and eating!! I love travelling and meeting new people from all around the world. Everyone is unique and we contribute to each other's lives.

I just moved in London and very excited to meet new people there! I am also travelling from time to time and seek new friends from different parts of the earth =)
