About Me

A freelancer, family lover, tender-hearted, emotional and equalist one! Happily married to my best friend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First, what remedy better than making new friends regardless of where they are from and of all man-made boundaries in the violent and chaotic world of today? Undoubtedly, meeting new people, exploring new places and sharing unique experiences makes the Earth a more beautiful place to live.
Second, I am going to introduce my country's marvels to people who may not know it well and let them know what the media does not tell. Home to the ancient Persia, one of the world’s oldest civilizations, and hosting 19 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Iran boasts its snowcapped mountains as well as desert basins. Far beyond the sights, culture, customs, architectures, and monuments, Iranians' hospitality is something any visitor would be amazed with.
Third, I believe that would be so much more fun to meet locals while traveling than to just sightsee. I hope CS will help me do all these things.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: If there is one thing in the world that I'd never get tired of doing it is watching movies.

Series: Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones for now...

Books: Many well-written outstanding works have had a touch on me. However, I remember that of The Little Prince to be differently inspiring as I read it when I was a little 1-grade school girl. Others include:
1984, In Search of Lost Time, Shahnameh, Crime and Punishment, One Hundred Years of Solitude, 1001 Nights, Masnavi, Blind Owl, Symphony of the Dead, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Despite my paralyzing phobia of heights, I have rappelled twice, and my extreme fear of depths did not prevent me from scuba diving in the beautiful underwater world of the Persian Gulf!

What I Can Share with Hosts

A friendly attitude, open-mindedness and an acquired humor. :)
And as a host, we share the same plus our living room with mattresses and blankets.

Countries I’ve Lived In

Iran, Spain
