Facts: I just finished school in Germany and decided to take a few month off and travel the world (or parts of it) together with my friend. When I come back I am probably studying for some time before I want to go out again into the world.
And about me... Well I suppose I am a friendly girl who likes to meet new people and to share their culture. I have already been to many countries and I just can't stop visiting new ones.
To describe my character, I have to say, I seems to depend on your perception, but I would generally say that I can be a little bit shy at first but when I feel comfortable I start to be more outgoing and chatty and making some jokes. My humour though is maybe not for everybody but I think that's normal. I am more the sarcastic kind who can laugh a lot over myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At the moment, me and my best friend are traveling through Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. Couch surfing allows us the amazing possibility to get to know the locals of each city and to really get to know the city and it's best spots! It's also a nice opportunity to meet new people who mostly also have been traveling or are just really interested in it and to share their experiences.

Interests

I am really interested in sports and especially water sport! I love sailing and surfing the most, but I am always open for new experiences. I also play volleyball at home and in the winter I like going skiing or snowboarding.
Moreover I am a social person who loves spending time with my friends, if it's going out or just watching a movie together, I always have a great time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lived in Spain for half a year and went to school there. It was absolutely fascinating how different two countries can be even though they are not far from each other! What was best about it was probably my awesome host family originally from Cuba who taught me so many things about living and learning and who were generous in every way so I just couldn't help but find a special place in my heart for them. (Cheesy but true!)
