About Me

Hi, this is Sophie - Zosia - Zoe - Zoha - Sofia (feel free to pick one)

I guess I am rather an easygoing girl
Like to live a simple life although I am probably quite complicated ( unfortunately I didn't have a chance to choose my personality ;) )

I am very interested in .. world . The most within its' easiest aspects.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess this is quite obvious .. While travelling I'd like to meet natives and try to look around within their eyes (us all on couchsurfing probably believe and are passionate about loosing tendence of unconcious travelling in a all-inclusive non-inspiring non-adapting non-educating way) . I'd love to get to know my home town with various views as well and to open others' eyes evantually if needed ;)

Interests

Love to ride my bike , I like to play Scrabble and I'm preety sure that I'm a cinema manniac. The rest is rather changable.

Music, Movies, and Books

music

Always: PJ Harvey, Metallica
Sometimes: free jazz, soul, nu metal, blues

movies
Always: "All that jazz" (Bob Fosse), "Melancholia" (Lars von Trier), "Breaking the waves" (Lars von Trier), "Shining" (Stanley Kubrick), "Autumn Sonata" (Ingmar Bergman), "High Heels" (Almodovar)
Last year: "Birdman", "Foxcather" and "Nightcrawler"

books

Although I like to read and I read often I've realised lately that I'm not a psychofan. My friends get more excited about books. I liked more than usually Styron's "Sophie's choice", Orwell's short stories, Martel's "Life of Pi", Woolf's "Orlando" ... oh I remember myself kissing a cover of "My last sigh", Bunuel's biography :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I deleted my facebook account two years ago.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you how to prepare traditional polish food and ride a bike in a deep sand
Would be nice to learn some basics of french and dannish.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will move to my own flat at the beginning of 2016, and I look forward to share it with hosts .
