About Me

Hello there! I'm fond of puns and card games. I also enjoy using exclamation points, something you'll soon discover as you continue to read my bio.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently biking across the country in hopes to gain as much knowledge as I can in regards to urban permaculture. I want to volunteer and observe respectful interactions between different permaculture sites and the communities they're in so that I will be able to do the same in the future and grow FOOD FOR ALL! I'm grateful for the beautiful folks in this online community that are opening their homes to the world! Thank you!

Interests

Gettin' my hands in the dirt.
Opportunities to use power tools.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Helping construct a vermaculture system for humanure. Oh man, it still makes me smile when I think about it. I'm just a nutrient-cycling nerd.

If you've ever called a composting system beautiful, we should be friends.

(But really though, vermaculture toilets are the coolest composting systems I've ever seen.)

Teach, Learn, Share

If you let me use your kitchen, I'd love to share food with you! Let's eat!

I can teach you:

How to talk in a goofy accent
How to fix a leaky faucet
Some sweet hoop tricks
How to change your headlight

Hm, I love learning. I'd appreciate any knowledge that you'd like to share! I'm particularly interested in...

Social Justice
Home Cookin'
First Aid
Gender Issues
Permaculture
Español
Practical Skills
Puns
New Music
A good laugh
