photography, surfing, and good conversation
I've lived in a couple of different countries, but was brought up primarily in the Midwest of the US. My language skills are very good, and I learned Portuguese while traveling in Brazil in 2009. Since then, I've been living in New Orleans working as a freelance journalist. These past 6 months, I've been in Brighton, UK finishing up a master's degree.
I try to keep following my bliss. Communication just makes things so much easier, so I´m generally straightforward and honest about what´s on my mind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Attending events and sharing information. When I go back to my home, I can also be a tour guide.
I stayed with a wonderful woman in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and we still keep in touch. In Brighton, couch surfing put me in touch with someone who rented a room to me for several months, and in Rio and Salvador, Brazil, it helped me make some new friends.
