CURRENT MISSION

Right now, our mission is to meet new people, collaborate with others in music and visual arts, and basically survive until our tax returns come in next week and we can move into our new place!

ABOUT ME

We are a very mellow, open-minded, down-to-earth and happy couple of almost 4 years now, hopping around Los Angeles making beautiful music with anyone we meet and seeing the world around us through our own artistic "lens". Iris lives & breathes architecture and photography the way Jet does music, and both of us like to document the beauty we see all around us whenever possible with our video cameras or cell phone!

PHILOSOPHY

We live our life to have no regrets, and in hopes of meeting as many wonderful individuals with new perspectives and interesting experiences and philosophies as possible. Jet loves nothing more than playing guitar (or whatever else is available) with anyone he meets and collaborating to make beautiful music everywhere he goes. He has a recording studio of his own (currently in storage waiting to be moved into the garage studio we've found later this week), and has 10+ years as head sound engineer for the Whiskey-A-Go-Go in West Hollywood. Iris is currently a dancer at the Star Gardens in North Hollywood, and an interior designer/furniture restoration specialist for her own company, Iris By Design. We believe we are on this earth to live, laugh and love as much as possible, and share our love with as many people as we can throughout each and every day.

We are currently couch-surfers only, but as soon as we get set up in our new place this month, we will be very happy to become the best hosts around for other fellow surfers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've been surfing friends' couches for the past month or so waiting for our tax returns to come in, but we're ready to start meeting new people now and sharing our love of this city through music and art!

Algo increíble que he hecho

I went cliff-diving in Lake Tahoe when I was 15 years old, and zip-lining in Canada (Vancouver) when I was 24. Jetlag picked up and moved to LA on a whim 25 years ago and has lived here one way or another ever since! He's mixed just about every major band to come through LA in the past 20 years, and played with some of the best musicians in Rock & Roll.
