About Me

CURRENT MISSION

transform ideas into reality

ABOUT ME

Curious but not nosy. A good listener but not so talented in story-telling.

I explore the world with logical mind, people - with intuition, myself - through emotions.

PHILOSOPHY

during my life I was inspired by (in no particular order): cultural relativism, existentialism, objectivism, postmodernism, depth psychology.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now - I'm absolutely new here. I'm checking all the possibilities CS gives me, especially the groups in my city where I could participate online and offline.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'd love to fill this gap but for now I haven't got any CS experciences. But I'm working on it and I expect to have some story to tell after March journey to Berlin.

Interests

-> I'm this lucky person who's studies are also their main interest. Cultural anthropology is my true love and source of endless inspiration. This is interesting in itself but it's also perspective from with anything can become interesting.

-> queer theory: seen as academic theory, mostly applying it to my anthropological studies but also...

-> queering reality: I'm working on it, on constant, everyday life calling into question "obvious" and "natural"

-> polyamory: I really want to turn theory into practice

-> playing the guitar and singing: I'm rather shy about it and I'm mostly playing in my room for myself. Maybe because I don't consider my playing as really good, but well, isn't it all just about fun?

One Amazing Thing I've Done

-> month in Paris, working in nursing home: it was difficult but valuable experience, I learned so much about value of life, respect and dignity and how to cope with age and disease.

-> over 1000 km on bicycle through south-eastern Sweden: meeting with moose, riding on the highway, naked bathing in the Baltic and sweet bread with sweet herrings and potato salad - what could be possibly better?
