About Me

CURRENT MISSION

creative, active

ABOUT ME

I am very peaceful person, respecting every way of life that do not harm others. I try to live without preconceptions, rather listening to people then imposing my view. I love good discussions as long as it's shearing own thoughts and experience, not win-loose fight.

PHILOSOPHY

Live as you like but not harm anyone if possible. There is place for diversity and self expression. I respect people that respect others and I have no understanding for hatred and falseness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was on several couchsurfing meetings, and enjoyed it very much.

Interests

I love theatre and to read fiction. Books were very important life companion for me. Especially those written by Ursula Le Guin. I love her style and rare humanism. I studied physics because of immense passion for all that is so surprising, imaginative and mathematically complex in way that our world works. I am interested also in evolution, psychology and history. Lately I work as software developer to enjoy the feeling of constructing and creating. It's like playing with Lego, but with logic statements instead of plastic bricks.

Music, Movies, and Books

Space odyssey 2001, Picnic at Hanging Rock, In the mood for love, Apocalypse now, Planet Earth, Pulp Fiction and Reservoir dogs, Man from Earth.

I enjoy music very much, mostly folk (from England, Scandinavia, Turkey and Australia), blues- and jazz-rock, trip hop.

Books of Ursula Le Guin, Tolkien, Jacek Dukaj, Franz Kafka, Andrzej Sapkowski, plays of Samuel Beckett and Shakespeare. Also "Ulisses", "The Magic Mountain", "Blindsight", "Hyperion", "Solaris", "Baltasar and Blimunda", "The Name of the Rose", "The Man Who Laughs", "The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch" and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Korea I saw circle shaped rainbow around moon. It probably have something to do with this incredible moisture there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can explain things in physics and mathematics and would gladly learn about anything regarding interesting science and art.
