After several years of work in Belgium, me and Amélie, my girlfriend, felt the need to escape by going out to visit the world for 6 months.

For me, it is already a second experience, after a first solo 8-month trip to Asia and Oceania (Vanuatu, New Zealand, Philippine’s, Nepal, Japan) in 2014.

5 months have already passed since our departure (Oman, India, Vanuatu, French Polynesia), and as many beautiful encounters.

We are currently in French Polynesia for a month, this land at the end of the world that has always made us dream so much!

We will then arrive in America via San Francisco, which we would of course like to visit, before continuing our journey to Mexico.

In many countries, we have hosted unique and unforgettable moments with the inhabitants we have met along the way.

I only used the Couchsurfing site once, in Japan, a more than convincing experience, and we would like to try the adventure again because the encounters are the leitmotiv of our trip!

Always ready to discover the daily life of our hosts, for a good discussion or to cook together, we will be delighted to meet you for a drink!

- Dive on the wreck of the SS Coolidge at night (Vanuatu)
