ABOUT ME

I am a 20 year old male from Denmark always open to meeting new people and making new friends. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures, places, people and all that. And I love the outdoors too, I've been a scout since the age of 6 and I really like hiking in beautiful nature. aswell as climbing and kayaking.
In addition to all that, I love movies, clips and films, I love watching them, and I love making them. My major was cinema studies, and I am aiming that way in terms of education.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that the two most important approaches to life and other people is mutual respect and enlightenment. If two part are willing to see a scenario from the other part's view, and seek to understand the factors relevant to the scenario, then all should be good.

Ignorance and intolerance are the worst aspects of a human character, and I wish everyone would educate them selves to avoid these two.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am going to travel a lot through the next one or two years, and I intend to use Couchsurfing mostly as a tool to meet people in the towns and cities I come to.
I am going across USA with two friends from mid september to mid december, we start in new york end up in san francisco.
I hope couch tuner will be a great tool to meet either local people who can show us the cities and hangout or other travellers who might enjoy my company and my friends'.

My interrests are as mentioned, the outdoors -Hiking, biking, kayaking climbing and all that. Aswelll as movies and film.
However I also enjoy spending a day in good company, an exciting conversation, just relaxing and taking it slow.

I have seen and done many things I would describe as amazing. the Roskilde Festival is one of them, simply the thing I look the most forward to every year. If you do not know about this festival, you should look it up, or better yet buy a ticket.

My trip to Florence with my class on the second year of my high school, it was amazing in so many ways. This was really the city i fell in love with, and I intend to return some time. The city is beautiful and charming, it has much history and many interesting characters from the Renaissance of great influence.

Other than that every one of my international participations in scouting has been great in every way. To meet people who all have a goal of making new friends and learning about new cultures. It is amazing to experience a place where everyone is for the sake of having a good time and unite to enjoy each others company.

Since I live and have always lived in Denmark I can teach danish. And for the same reason, I have been brought up being told stories of the norse mythology, which has always been an interest of mine. So if you'd like I can share some tales and general knowledge of Valhalla and all that stuff.
