ABOUT ME

A friendly big guy in his (hopefully) best decade. A bit moody sometimes, but honest and intelligent. Or so people say. I have a slightly morbid sense of humour.

PHILOSOPHY

I wouldn't call myself a cynic - rather an idealist who got too jaded to believe in his own principles, but still needs to fight for them. I'm also a firm believer in moderation and balance, even though I'm an unbalanced, slightly hedonistic person. I consider myself a christian, but I also firmly believe in reason and common sense.
If any of the above seem to be an oxymoron, you should widen your perspective :)

Interests

Bodypiercing, medicine, crafts of all sorts. I also collect various tidbits of obscure knowledge, especially about history and culture. I am fascinated by alternative lifestyle, but I'm still straddling the line between alternative and mainstream. If there's a topic I don't know anything about, I'll gladly listen and take notes ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I rarely watch movies any more. I used to be an avid reader - not so much these days, but I still enjoy a good book every now and then (I have a soft spot for good thrillers and urban fantasy themes).
As for music - I have a very wide range of tastes, but mostly I listen to metal and related genres.

I'm a bodypiercer, so obviously - if there's something wrong with your piercing, I can take a look and offer some advice.
Aside from that, my brain is a trash heap of all sorts of knowledge, so if you drag me into a late-night discussion, you're bound to learn something new, if not exactly useful in everyday life ;)
