Hi! my name is Laura but everybody call me Alva... Alva in Italy is not a name, nobody is named Alva, infact, this is my artistic fake name! i write poetry and short story, and i hope to pubblish a book one day in my life, and for this reason i create this name...it's a pseudonym, so, when i intruce myself like Alva, it create often a very funny situation! people are curios to know someone with a strange name, and it make my ilarius cause i think that is not very important what name someone have or choose, it's his personality, his life, his dreams and more more things that i think are important, not a name!
At university, i studied political science, i loved my materies but, i don't finish my studies because this year, i just want a free life. i want to descover what life can reserve to me if i just go on my way and i really want an incoventional way! life is mistery so i think that live like life is a game is better way to live this unique opportunity on this magnificent planet!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CS cause i like to know new people, even if i don't speak very well other languages exspecially english, but i really try hard to learn it and improve my level!
i have a natural propension to host people and walk with they for showing my city, that is a city that i love so much and, that has an history and the places, beautifull and that i think, you can find just in my city. i know that people from other country, goes to love the city, even if there are some visible problem, like, it's not clean like a normal european city, but, i like to help people, to see other this, to see, with my eyes, a different city, with differente uses and the incredible lucky of have the beautifull things that we have in Palermo. often other Palermo's citizen, don't understand this lucky.
i have CS from 2013 but it's now that i decide to use, cause now i live alone, not more in family. but i have host people in other way
