ABOUT ME

I'm an 19 years old girl from Akureyri, a small town situated in north-east Iceland. I just graduated from junior college and now I'm taking a year off to travel as much as possible and earning some money in between. In september and october I am going ti travel by train with my boyfriend around Europe. We want to see as much as possible but also not stress to much, enjoy the moment, get to know some amazing people. We are very active, open minded, with good humour (at least in our opinion) and like to try all kinds of new things. We do not like partying in particular but prefer going out for a good meal and maybe have a few drinks afterwards with interesting conversations and lots of laughter.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that with healthy communication and if we give ourselves time to listen we can make our life so much better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no couchsurfing experience yet but I hope to have some great experiences during my interrail trip in september and october. I think that couchsurfing is a great way to get to know other people and hopefully be able to inspire them in some way :)

Interests

I love sports, running, lifting weights, swimming and walking. I enjoy cooking and eating good food and love to prepare a lovely meal for friends and family.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking in Samaria George in Crete. Bathing late in the evening in a geothermal pool by the sea in my home county, Iceland. Eating homemade pastries from a local coffee-house in the mountains of Tenerife.
